Payments can be made anywhere that accepts Apple Pay or PayPal, two widely used digital wallets. PayPal and Apple Pay can be used to make payments, but there is a misconception about this and whether or not this can be done on Apple Pay. As a result, we wonder if PayPal can be integrated into Apple Pay.

With Apple Pay, you can use your iPhone or iPad to make purchases both in-store and online. As of now, Apple Pay and PayPal are not compatible, but you can link your Apple ID to PayPal to make some in-app purchases using PayPal.

Select Apple ID and then select View Apple ID.
Select PayPal from the menu list.
Sign in with your PayPal username and password to complete the Integration.

Please read and agree to all terms and conditions before logging in to your PayPal account. Your PayPal account will be linked to your Apple ID’s payment method once you’ve completed this step.

Add PayPal To Apple ID on Mac and PC

Again if you want to link your PayPal account to your Apple ID on your Macbook or PC then follow the below steps.

Simply open up* iTunes* and click on your account at the very top.
Select View My Account.
After you’ve entered your Apple ID password, click Edit next to the Payment Type field, to the right of it.
Click Done in the lower right corner after selecting* PayPal*.
Now sign in with your PayPal account to complete the integration.

Once you have completed the above steps just click done on the bottom right corner of the screen to complete the integration.

Add PayPal To Apple ID on Web

Follow the below steps to connect your Apple ID with your PayPal account on the Apple website.

Visit Apple’s official website.
Select the login button on the Screen.
Enter your Apple ID and password to ensure you are logged in.
Scroll down to the Payment and Settings section and select it.
Now click on the Edit option to update your payment option.
Select PayPal from various payment options from the list.
Sign In with Your PayPal username and password to link PayPal to your Apple ID.
Select Save to ensure that PayPal is set to the default payment option.

Can You Add Paypal To Apple Pay?

You can’t add PayPal to Apple Pay because both apps are digital wallets designed to make payments, send money, and receive money. So you can’t use PayPal to make contactless Apple Pay payments.

You can still use PayPal on your Apple device, but you won’t be able to send money to other people using it. As a matter of fact, you can link your PayPal account to your Apple ID and use it as the default method of payment for purchases.

Apple Pay will always require you to add a credit or debit card before you can use it to make a payment. You will not be able to set up Apple Pay if you do not have a credit or debit card in your name.

However, if you have a PayPal account linked to your bank account and do not have a credit card, you can use PayPal as a payment option on your Apple device. To begin accepting instant payments, you must first integrate your Apple ID with PayPal.

Follow the steps above to link your PayPal account to your Apple ID. You will then be able to use your PayPal account to make transactions without having any debit or credit cards linked to your Apple Pay wallet.
